" I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at
your rental home in Kauai. You have a beautiful home and we all loved sharing it for our vacation, it was so nice that everyone had their own bedroom and could relax and enjoy the space. We also appreciated being able to use the coolers and beach mats in the garage as we were out hiking and exploring everyday. Thank you also for the beautiful fruit basket, we loved all the fresh fruit and goodies. We also had perfect weather with no rain all week, it isn’t fun being back in the deep freeze of Minnesota."

"The house is beautiful and very clean with all the comforts of home, we really didn’t want to leave! The beds were so comfortable, quality linens, soft pillows and the bed coverings were so perfectly tropical. Of all the places we have rented this is the most like home. The kitchen is fully equipped for even the pickiest of cooks, every imaginable utensil for cooking and a crock pot to top it off. We especially enjoyed going to the local farmers markets to buy fresh veggies and tropical fruit for our next meals. Thank you for supplying everything we could ever need or want, guide books, fins & snorkels, all the beach supplies including the chairs really came in handy, so thoughtfully appointed. It was a prize to have found your home on the internet."

"Your vacation rental surpassed our expectations. Not only was it state of the art, but it was clean, welcoming, open and spacious. And the views, well they were spectacular! Additionally, we found your staff to be very aware and informed of our reservation details. We received more than one phone call confirming or clarifying information as needed. Everything was smooth, from picking up keys and information at the car rental,to picking up packages we’d sent to the office, to returning keys at the completion of our stay and finally, to the reimbursement of our deposit. We simply could not have been more pleased. We’ve raved over and over about our stay, and will certainly be back again!"

After arriving home last evening it was hard to believe how quickly our week in Kauai sped by. The weather was perfect, the island people friendly and the Villa was beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location and setting…well maybe Pierce Brosnan’s place. I wanted to relay a big thank you for making our 1st vacation to Kauai as magical as it was. When we received the call from the rental company to let us know what time we needed to be leaving on Sunday, we relayed that the blender did not work but we could manage without, a brand new one was soon delivered. My husband, Ken and I take 2-3 vacations a year to all parts of the world. This has to be one of the best vacations we have yet to experience! Again thanks for making our trip to Kauai one of our prized memories. Mahalo!!!

"We spent a week at this home. This home was much more spacious than it appeared in the pictures. My wife and I were vacationing with another couple, and this was a perfect place to stay with two large master suites. We spent 5 nights on the south shore, but it was nothing compared to our time in Princeville. The house was clean, actually it was immaculate! All of the amenities were fabulous, large flat screen, comfortable king size beds, jacuzzi tub in master bath, ceiling fans in every room. I especially enjoyed the breezes that blew thru the living room - no need for air conditioning. The furniture was comfortable and some very nice artistic touches. The north shore is the best side of the island with tons of beautiful beaches, amazing hiking and there were also some great restaurants that were within walking distance, it was nice to be able to have a cocktail and not worry about driving. We used the outdoor grill for some meals and found the Pool/BBQ area always empty. We golfed the Prince course and it was by far the most beautiful round of golf I have ever played. Well, all I can say is ‘This home is the perfect vacation rental’. We are already thinking of returning soon. It could not have been a more relaxing and enjoyable stay. If you ever decide to sell the place please call us."

We loved having 3 bedrooms and the openness of your home. The large windows and vaulted ceilings were incredible. The furnishings were comfortable and we enjoyed being able to relax in one spacious great room. We cooked many meals in the kitchen and found it to be well equipped. After a long day at the beach we enjoyed sitting on the covered lanai and watching the evening tropical showers.
