​We fell in love with Kauai while on vacation in 2003. The charming people and vibrant culture warmed our hearts from the start, and the island’s beauty captured us. While driving home from the beach, still in our swim suits, we noticed an open house sign and the vision of owning a vacation home was planted. We knew we had to own a piece of this paradise. As spontaneous as it may sound, that is how it all began...
